WHAT IS REIKI

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique where a practitioner acts as a "conduit" for universal life force energy. By gently placing their hands on or slightly above the body, they channel this energy to promote deep relaxation, ease stress, and support the body's natural healing response.

WHAT DO YOU RECEIVE

After completing my Reiki Workshop, you will receive a formal certification of completion and an energetic attunement (initiation).
This attunement permanently connects you to the Reiki energy channel and physically raises your body's energy vibration.  

Tools and abilities you will receive:
> Training Manual & Certificate: A comprehensive reference guide and a verifiable certificate that qualifies you to use that specific level of Reiki.
> Energetic Attunement: An opening of your energy centers (chakras) to channel universal life force energy on yourself and others.
> Reiki Level 1: You gain the ability to perform self-treatments and hands-on healing for friends, family, and pets.
> Reiki Level 2: You receive sacred Reiki symbols that allow you to send energy across distances (distant healing) and perform deep emotional/mental healing.
> Master/Teacher Level: You receive additional master symbols and the ability and tools to teach and attune future students.

During the 21 days immediately following your training, you may undergo an "energy clearing" or integration phase. This is a normal period where you might experience a release of suppressed emotions, vivid dreams, or physical detoxing as your body adjusts to the new energy frequency. 

HOW THE TRAINING WORKS

Reiki is taught in traditional, incremental levels.

Level 1 (Shoden): Focuses on self-treatment and healing others through physical touch.

Level 2 (Okuden): Focuses on distance healing and utilizing specific energetic symbols.

Level 3/Master (Shinpiden): Trains you in teaching and attuning others to become Reiki practitioners.

Because Reiki is a complementary practice, it can be seamlessly combined with other wellness routines like meditation, yoga, or traditional medical care.

WORKSHOP REQUIREMENTS:
Reiki Level 1 is a mandatory prerequisite for taking both Level 2 and Level 3. The system is sequential: Level 1 opens your energetic channels for physical healing, Level 2 introduces sacred symbols and distance healing, and Level 3 prepares you for the master level and teaching.
I require a waiting period of 21 between Level 1 and Level 2. This allows your body to integrate the energy shifts before moving on to more advanced practices. Level 3 is taught on the same day as level 3 and is usually on a Sunday
