Digital & Physical Products License, Purchase, and Refund Agreement.

 1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital or physical product (hereafter "Product") from DNA-Divine Nursing Angel and Divine Path School Of Reiki (hereafter "Company"), you (hereafter "Purchaser") agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All digital and physical products, including but not limited to templates, courses, e-books, and designs, are the intellectual property of the Company. The Product is licensed, not sold, to the Purchaser.
3. Permitted Use & License
Upon purchase, the Company grants the Purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the Product for personal and/or business use.
• You may: Customize, edit, and modify the Product to suit your needs.You may not: Resell, redistribute, share, sub-license, or claim the Product as your own, whether in its original form or modified.
4. Delivery & Access
Upon successful payment, the Product will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. The Purchaser is granted lifetime access to the materials, subject to the Product remaining available on the Company’s hosting platform.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the irrevocable, digital nature of this Product, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once the download or access link has been sent.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this Product. The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. 

WORKSHOP REFUND POLICY 

1. Payment & Registration
All workshop registrations require payment in full at the time of booking to secure your spot. Due to the limited capacity and advanced preparation required, all workshop fees are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows
If you are unable to attend the workshop, we cannot offer cash refunds or credit card returns for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or illness. Registrants who do not show up on the day of the event will forfeit their payment entirely.

3. Ticket Transfers & Substitutions
While we do not issue refunds, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person. You must notify us in writing at Diamond@DivineNursingAngel.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled event with the name and contact information of the substitute attendee.

4. Organizer Cancellations
In the unlikely event that I must cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather, instructor illness, or low enrollment), all registered participants will be notified immediately. In this scenario, you will be given the choice of a full refund or a transfer of your registration to an upcoming workshop date.
